I'll Go on in Faith (Twinkling Little Star)

Lyrics and Music by Joan Sowards

Twinkle, twinkle little star.
Are you closer to God where you are than where I stand on my journey through His plan?
Are you closer little star?
Tho' I lived with Him before my birth,
Now my feet walk upon the Earth.
But He's always here to answer every prayer.
I'll go on in faith.

CHORUS
I will always put my trust in God.
Thru' my faith I know that He is.
I have called upon His Name.
I have felt the Spirit's flame
And I know I will be counted one of His.

Twinkling star I see your light
It is constant all through the night.
But when clouds appear I don't doubt that you're still there
Twinkling little star.
Father's light shines through all strife.
Through each cloud that can darken life.
I can always put my trust in Him
I'll go on in faith

CHORUS

Twinkle, twinkle little star,
Twinkling brightly from afar,
Tell me, is it true heaven's in your view?
Twinkling little star.

I just love this song, I am

I just love this song, I am planning on using it at Camp this week. Our camp theme is S.T.A.R.S. (stand tall and rock solid) it just goes perfect with all of our theme ideas.
Thanks,
Tami W.

Hi Sister Sowards and

Hi Sister Sowards and crew,

This one I think is my personal favorite...the melody is lovely and it's just charming. I can easily imagine hearing it on an EFY CD!
Wishing you the best,

Kathy Varga
